Kaslyn López is an IP Specialist in Eproint’s Patent Department, where she supports patent, utility model, and industrial design matters in Costa Rica and across regional portfolios. Her work focuses on the coordination and prosecution of patent matters from initial filing through grant, maintenance, and annuity management.
She assists with the preparation and review of filing requirements, powers of attorney, assignments, priority documents, translations, Office Action reporting, technical examination stages, publications, grant formalities, and post-grant maintenance. She also coordinates with clients, foreign associates, technical advisors, and local patent authorities to ensure timely and accurate prosecution of patent portfolios throughout the region.
