Expertise:

With formal university education in Management and a master’s degree in Applied Arts, Ivana´s professional experience has been combining both areas in the past 25 years. As a multimedia artist, she has presented her work on numerous exhibitions and held a docent role at Accademia Del Lusso School of Fashion and Design in her hometown Belgrade, before moving to Santiago de Chile.  

Being a lifelong student, in this new stage of her life, Ivana has pursued education in Graphic and Web Design and Marketing at universities such as the University of Illinois and John Hopkins, as well as Global Business Strategies, Communication and Business Writing at numerous courses. 

Her expertise, attention to detail and creativity permitted her professional growth in marketing, management and administration rolls over the years, in companies from different industries, emphasizing the IP companies and in the past several years as a General Manager of the office in Chile at a multinational IP corporation with over 35 offices in the MENA Region and numerous support offices around the world, being a representative for the Latin America Region. 

Her professional development, especially in marketing, customer service and user experience, keeps her motivated for continuous investigation in psychology and user preferences. 

Ivana is our Marketing Director, collaborating and engaging with all the professionals associated to our company, as well as the external media and our esteemed clients, with the goal of providing the broader knowledge on our reason for existence, which is protection and expansion of the innovation and intellectual property.
