Expertise:
Since 2002, and for twelve years, Mariola worked in a firm specialized in intellectual property in Panama City. In 2014, before joining Eproint, she associated with the law firm Arosemena-Fabrega, Acosta and Associates, which later became Acosta, Fábrega, Vásquez and Associates, taking care of developing the industrial property department.
She has been a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) since 2014.
In 2017, she participated in the supplement of Marcasur Panama magazine “intellectual property per day” with the article “The cancellation of the brand registration due to its lack of use in Panama”.
Mariola has accumulated more than 20 years of professional experience in matters related to brands and patent, and now is our partner in the Republic of Panama.

Bachelor of Law at Santa María la Antigua University, Honorary Degree Cum Laude (2000)

Personal Interests:
Ballet, cinema, and music are some of Mariola’s interests. Her love for books, led to organizing book clubs, getting involved in activities for their promotion in Panama.
