Ashley Mejía is a specialist in Industrial Property. She has vast experience in the registration of trademarks, trade names, slogans, among others. Likewise, her experience includes the maintenance of distinctive sign registrations through timely renewals. She is also an expert in monitoring trademarks and other signs, detecting applications for registration of signs similar or identical to those of her clients through watches. Ashley’s practice also encompasses the analysis of sign objections by the trademark office and the preparation of responses to such objections.

Ashley has expanded her knowledge through trainings provided by the National Office of Industrial Property (ONAPI). She has also completed a course on Industrial Designs, focused on the protection of the shape of a product, further highlighting her specialization in specific areas of Industrial Property.
