Her work includes regional registration strategies, cancellation and nullity actions, trademark transfer agreements, and enforcement actions such as cease and desist letters, seizure of counterfeit merchandise, and online takedown requests.
She also has extensive experience with national-phase PCT patent applications for pharmaceutical, medical device, and agrochemical companies, including securing a patent family protecting cancer-treatment compositions subject to a multimillion-dollar worldwide license agreement.
