His practice encompasses patent prosecution, corporate IP transactions involving new technologies, and anti-counterfeiting initiatives. Rodrigo brings a uniquely international perspective to his work, having previously served at Holland & Knight’s IP Practice Group in Washington, DC, where he gained valuable experience working with major international clients on complex IP matters.
