Expertise:
Daniela is a student of the University of Costa Rica, with a solid academic background and almost three years of experience working in a major Central American law firm as a paralegal in the intellectual property department, before joining Eproint.
She is a quasi-lawyer with a specialization in telecommunications, e-commerce and technology. Her knowledge of trademarks at a regional level has allowed her to work with large Costa Rican and foreign clients, contributing her experience in the protection and management of trademarks at an international level, as well as in the regulatory area.
She has participated in international programs that seek to promote and strengthen the digital thinking and leadership of young Latin American women, such as the Geek Girls LatAm Chair, Women and Digital Transformation, in 2020, which has allowed her to implement and transfer this to her job.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law with emphasis in Telecommunications, Electronic Commerce and Technology, at the University of Costa Rica (2020).
