Marisol is an experienced International Legal Counselor with more than 20 years of professional practice, with vast experience in Marketing, Corporate, Digital IP and Energy affairs. She is a strong leader, skilled in Negotiation, Contracts, Procurement, Commercial Transactions, IP and Software Licensing.

With a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance from Fordham University School of Law; certificated by the E-Business Academy and as Conflict Negotiator, she has become a great Legal Procedure and Assets Compliance Architect.

Marisol has also become an expert in the cinematography industry in Panama, participating in the process of registration and incentives promoted in order to make the isthmus attractive to the foreign investment studios.

Before joining Eproint, she led the Legal Procurement for the Americas ,and then LATAM for areas such as Marketing, Field Services, Consulting, Software and Finance for Dell Inc.

She was also the Legal Director of the Solar Energy Area in Ecosolar, leading multimillion transactions for the establishment of solar energy project across Latin America.

Marisol was the Regional Legal Counselor for Intellectual Property for Nestlé Centroamérica, where she lead projects such as Electronic Billing for Panama, Intercompany Strategy Agreements across the Region and the Marketing IP Legal Regional Counseling.

Across the CAM region, she coordinated corresponding legal advisors, providing her with strong leadership while successfully managing different jurisdictions.
